Tebogo has been a Strategy and Management consultant for almost 20 years, working extensively with senior executives in the pubic and private sectors to unlock organisational potential through talent-led transformations as well as on enhancing the entrepreneurial ecosystems across Africa to accelerate the growth of SME businesses and entrepreneurial activity.

Tebogo has worked as a Partner for McKinsey and Company, Bain and Company (US, UK and South Africa) and held managerial positions at Eskom Enterprises where she was Strategy Manager in the CEO’s office, the International Finance Corporation, World Bank (Washington DC, US) and at Brown Brothers Harriman and Company (Boston, US).

Tebogo is currently on the Board of The African Parks Network and Mikhulu Trusts.  Her previous Board experience includes McKinsey & Company Africa, Actom (Pty) Ltd, EOH Holdings and Daimler Fleet Management.

Tebogo is a highly accomplished business leader having completed her MBA at Harvard Business School and her B.A. Honours at Dartmouth College. Tebogo was also selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader in 2011 and continues to support the growth of developing markets through her various ventures.
